I am very pleased with this purchase! I do almost all of the cards I give to family/friends on PrintShop, as well as a newsletter for our local Food Co-op. I received my DVD in a timely manner and it installed quickly without problems. Don't know what all the fuss is about a lot of the graphics being available 'only online'--I prefer this! Think about it: with just a double-click, the graphic is quickly down-loaded onto your program. I no longer have lots of unwanted graphics clogging up my precious hard-drive memory---only those I like and would use. There are still a lot of graphics available if you choose to not double-click (my question here is, why wouldn't you?). Highly recommend this to anyone!

Very easy VISTA install and it works ! We had 2 older versions of Print Shop and while they did install on the new computer with VISTA they would not work! Thank you!!!!!

I use this all the time. I just updated it because I now have Vista OS. Pictures can be used from other sources. I like that. The only other thing I would suggest is that the instructions stress about turning off your virus protection and firewalls first before trying to install. I almost sent it back until I happen to remember that usually you need to turn it off. I love this product.

This is an excellent program. I previously used Print Shop 7 on my older laptop and could not get it to load on my new one (Duh!...it was way too old, but still works like a charm on my old laptop.) When I ordered this newer version, I was concerned I would not like it as much as the older one, but was pleasantly surprised. I can finally put my old program to rest! Great product with ease of transition from older versions. This program beats all other ones I tried for ease of use and variety of projects you can produce.
